Once you confirm the match, you pay a one-time matching fee — that’s it. No subscriptions, no monthly platform charges. Your tutor handles scheduling and payments with you directly from that point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What subjects and levels do you cover?

We match tutors for Mathematics, English, Science, and Chinese (华文) from Primary 1 to Primary 6. We also cover Secondary levels. Not all subjects are available for all levels — your matched tutor will be specific to what your child needs.

Is tutoring online or in-person?

Both options are available. When you submit your request, just let us know your preference — online only, in-person only, or either — and we’ll match you accordingly.

How much does it cost?

TuitionWhere charges a one-time matching fee when you confirm your tutor. Ongoing tuition rates are set by the tutor directly and will be shared with you before you commit. There are no hidden charges and no subscription fees from TuitionWhere.

What if I’m not happy with the match?

We want you to feel confident before committing. If the first tutor we suggest isn’t the right fit, let us know and we’ll look for an alternative. We’re here to get it right, not just to make a quick match.

Are the tutors verified?

Yes. All tutors on TuitionWhere are screened before being listed. We verify their teaching experience and subject expertise. Every tutor teaches to the current MOE syllabus for Singapore primary and secondary levels.
